How to see Facebook watched videos history

Not just YouTube, Facebook is also a great platform to watch both short and long videos and entertain oneself in short breaks at work, while commuting, or in other situations. But, searching for videos by topics is not yet mainstream on Facebook, and we basically consume only those videos that appear in the news feed. However, we often come across a captivating video from our favorite creator, but can’t see the whole video, maybe because we have something important to do, got a call, or something else.

Unfortunately, that specific video will hardly again appear on the news feed, and we might not see the video again. A few things thing that can be done include, saving that video on Facebook, or visit the creator’s profile and find that specific video within a pile of other posts, or simply share it so that we can see the video on our own timeline later. But, in several situations, we might not get enough time for all such neat things. Thankfully, technology always has an answer. That said, on Facebook, you can see the watch history, just like that on YouTube.

So, today on InkedFreedom, I will discuss how you can see the watch history on the Facebook app.

See Facebook recently watched and watched videos history

Open the Facebook app, and tap on ‘Watch’ as shown in the screenshot below. If you are unaware, ‘Watch’ is Facebook’s videos section.

Now, tap on the search button.

On the top, just below the search box, tap on the ‘Videos You’ve Watched’ button.

Here, you can find the total video watch history on Facebook that obviously includes recently watched videos on the Facebook app and website.

The video watch history on the Facebook app isn’t up to the mark and is not as good as YouTube. However, it should serve the purpose to most users out there.

The Watch platform on Facebook is evolving, and we can see more features coming the way. Hope you can now concentrate on your work as you can always catch up on those cat videos that you skipped mid-way or some recipe videos that you have planned for the weekend.
